We conduct live video verification to confirm that your appearance matches your submitted photographs or fulfilling your requests on exercising your right to the personal information . If you request changes to your registered name or date of birth, you must present valid identification documents during the video call. We do not record, screenshot, or retain video footage.

Do we use reverse image search? Yes. To prevent fraud and impersonation, we may submit your photographs to public search engines (including but not limited to Google Images and Yandex Images) for reverse image lookup. This is a one-time check at registration. Results are not stored beyond the verification outcome.
