A. Scope and Applicability

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is a legally binding part of these Legal Terms. We distinguish between different client categories:

• B2B and Non-EU Clients: All sales, service fees, and subscriptions are final. No refunds shall be issued once payment is confirmed.

EU Consumers (B2C): This section applies exclusively to natural persons residing in the European Union acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.

B. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

Under EU law, you generally have a 14-day "cooling-off period" to withdraw from a contract. However, by using our services, you agree to the following:

• Consulting Services (Phased Delivery): If you request that we begin consulting during the 14-day period, you provide your express consent. If you withdraw, you are liable to pay an amount in proportion to the services provided. Phase 1 (assessment and setup) is non-refundable once performed.

AI Matchmaking & Digital Content: Our AI Matchmaking provides immediate digital content. By initiating a match, you provide your express consent for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the content is generated.

• Credits: Any tokens or credits purchased are considered digital content and are non-refundable once added to your account balance.

C. Non-Refundable Third-Party Costs

If our services involve payments to third parties (e.g., registry fees or expert disbursements), these costs are strictly non-refundable once the obligation is incurred by LYCHEE BAR on your behalf.

D. Refund Processing

Notification: You must submit a clear written statement to [email protected].

• Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your valid withdrawal notice.

Method: Reimbursement will be made using the original payment method. We are not liable for transaction fees deducted by your provider or currency fluctuations.
